FAQs

Can you embroider on anything?

Pretty much, however JST will recommend the best items for embroidery. Some fabrics and garment styles are not suitable. If this is the case we will offer other branding techniques.

How long does it last?

Embroidery will last the lifetime of your garment provided you adhere to the washing instructions. Vinyl printing lasts on average for 40 washes providing that the laundry instructions are followed. In our experience many items last much longer than this with good care.

How much is the set up fee and what is it for?

There is a one off payment of £12.50 + VAT per logo for embroidered and printed logos; this is per size of logo ( eg for a cap or a sleeve). Once the logo has been set up this charge does not apply again for future orders unless the logo changes in any way.
Alternatively if you can provide your logo as a .dst file there will be no embroidery set up charge and no charge for print orders where a vector file can be supplied.

If your order is being personalised with print or embroidery our aim is to deliver your within approximately 10 working days from the date of payment.
