Order Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders for products supplied will be charged in accordance with our current pricelist unless other wise agreed with a company representative at the point of sale.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless this is requested to be listed separately at the time of order.  VAT is charged, where applicable, at the standard rate.

Preferred payment options are cash, card or BACS. Returned or represented cheques and direct debits will incur an additional £20 charge per representation.

Deliveries should be checked carefully before signing for them, to ensure the correct number of packages you are signing for has been delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-delivery of packages that have been signed for.

Claims arising from shortages or damaged delivery must be made within 3 days. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of despatch.

Delivery Timescales

J S Teamwear endeavours to despatch orders within 7 – 10 working days of receipt of payment.  During very busy times our despatch times may be slightly longer, if this is the case, a member of staff will advise you of this. Larger or more complicated orders will take longer and a company representative will advise you accordingly of your estimated delivery date at the point of sale.

If you have a deadline please advise the member of staff when placing your order to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
Carriage charges (if applicable) are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

J S Teamwear will despatch packages using Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 as standard. If you require a more urgent delivery, please advise at the point of order and we will quote accordingly.

ParcelForce deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure you advise us of an appropriate delivery address. J S Teamwear will not be responsible for packages left in outbuildings/porches/with neighbours if our customer has left these instructions with the courier.

When placing your order at our tradestand, delivery times may be slightly longer and you will be advised accordingly at the time of order.

Garment Returns

Please remember to check sizes and quantities on your order before payment, as no credit will be allowed for worn, printed or personalised garments, that have been ordered incorrectly.

Returns may only be accepted on the following basis once a member of our staff is happy they meet the criteria below –If goods have been sent incorrectly and do not match your order,(including personalisation faults),  please advise us within 5 working days of receipt.

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase – please telephone or email us initially to advise of the fault and arrange the  return. You will then be issued with a returns number which should be included with your return package.

In all circumstances, goods must not be returned without contacting us directly to obtain a returns number. They should also be returned in their original packaging. Please advise us if this is not possible.

Under no circumstances whatsoever will soiled garments be accepted for return. These will be returned to you immediately and no credit will be issued.


Any returns made on the grounds of size before the start of the Academic year should be brought to Enrolment. Exchanges will not be posted out before that time. Allow 10 – 14 days for replacements if they cannot be supplied on the day.

Garments will be supplied at Enrolment to try on so any replacements desired on the grounds of size after that time will not be exchanged.



All prices are subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to communicate any price charges online and via social networking channels.


Please be aware that unless otherwise stated the size quoted are ‘to fit’ in inches. This is a guideline tool and may not be the actual size of the garment as some styles are designed to fit loose/baggy whereas other may be more fitted in style. The sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

Please speak to a member of staff if you have concerns re sizing at the point of enquiry/order.

JS Teamwear  reserve the right to amend and review these terms and conditions on a regular basis and a copy of these are available at all times on our website or a printed copy can be sent out on request.
